Insurance and Complaints

We recommend our customers to take out insurance before their departure. This insurance should include cover for cancellation fees, medical care and evacuation and luggage loss.

Any complaint relating to a MOTAÏBA trip should be sent to us within 30 days of your return from your holiday.

RESPONSIBILITY

MOTAÏBA can in no way be held responsible for the consequences of any damage done by our customers, any cost engendered by an accident involving a customer, any natural catastrophe or any political problems, or an epidemic, quarantine or any similar event.

Customers must be covered by individual travel insurance. MOTAÏBA will not be held responsible for any delay or hold up in air, sea or land travel.

MOTAÏBA will do its utmost to find a replacement solution by proposing an alternative of similar value.
